How do I personalize my product?
During your shopping experience, you’ll have the option to enter your personalization details, such as name, font, and thread color. Some products may also allow you to select additional customization options like embroidery placement. Please contact us using the form below for special requests.
Can I see a preview before my order is made?
At this time, we do not offer live previews, but we carefully review each order to ensure your personalization details are accurate. If you’d like to confirm your design, please reach out before placing your order.
Do you offer custom fonts or colors beyond what’s listed?
We currently offer a curated selection of fonts and thread colors, but if you have a special request, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Can I mix and match fonts?
Most of our designs are limited to one font per item, but if you have a specific request, send us a message before ordering.
How do I choose a thread color?
You can select from our color chart, which is displayed on this page. Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different on screens versus real life.
Can I change my personalization details after placing an order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to make an update.
What happens if I make a mistake in my personalization request?
Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order. Since each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes in submitted personalization details. Please call us as soon as possible if your submission has mistakes.
Do you accept returns on personalized items?
Because each piece is custom-made, all personalized orders are final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
