Returns and Refunds (if applicable):
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of receiving the product. If 15 or more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Personalized and Custom Items:
- Due to the customization of our products, we cannot offer refunds on personalized items. However, if the personalization is incorrect because of our mistake, we request proof of error (i.e., a photo) within 15 days of receipt in order to proceed with a refund. We can only issue a refund for the price of the product - not including the taxes or shipping costs incurred when purchasing the product(s).
Non-Personalized and Non-Custom Items:
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the item(s) within 15 days of receipt, we will gladly issue the refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We can only issue a refund for the price of the product - not including the taxes or shipping costs incurred when purchasing the product(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. If your item(s) is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We can only process exchanges of items that are damaged or defective on our behalf. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item(s). We will send the new item(s) once we receive the return.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will take care of shipping you your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
